  • What is your shipping policy?
    Please allow to 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days to receive your order. All orders are shipped via USPS and can be tracked using the shipping confirmation email sent to the email address provided at check out. Due to COVID-19, shipping delays may arise.
  • Where is my confirmation email?
    If you have recently placed an order, please check your spam/junk folder. Confirmation emails will be automatically sent at the email provided at check out once you have placed an order. If you have any further questions in regards to your confirmation email, please submit your Inquiry here.
  • Where is my order?
    If you have placed your order and have received your shipping confirmation email, your order should be on its way to you very soon. Please use your tracking number found on your shipping confirmation email to locate your package. If you have placed your order on a weekend or a public national holiday your order might experience slight delays, dependent on postal services. For any other questions in regards to the status of your order please click here. Luxurious By Lex cannot provide additional shipping information beyond what's provided through tracking numbers once it is in the carriers possession. Once an item is in transit, there is no action we can take to expedite the delivery process. If you believe the package to be lost or stolen, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.
  • I haven't received my order, can you file a claim for me?"

  • What is your return policy?
    Return If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unworn items to us within 7 days of delivery date for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Upon receipt of the returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for return processing. You will be notified of your store credit via email. Customers are responsible for return shipping. All sales are non-refundable. We do not accept exchanges. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct sizes and color of your items. We will only consider exchanges for damages or defects, or if the wrong product(s) were shipped to you by mistake. Exchange If you would like to exchange an item due to defect or damage at the time of delivery to you OR due to the wrong item being shipped to you, please contact us here for authorization within 7 days after the package is received.. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect or damage. If entitled to a replacement item due to defect or damage, we will replace the product, subject to inventory, within a reasonable period of time. ALL AUTHORIZED EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF INVENTORY.
  • How to Return or Exchange?

Information required for Return/Exchange: * Company Name * Contact Name * E-mail Address * Order # * Order Date * Style# for Return/Exchange Item * Quantity for Each Style# * Reason for Return/Exchange 2.   • What are your Terms & Conditions?
    In order to complete a purchase with Luxurious By Lex you must agree to the following: I confirm that my shipping and email address is correct. I understand that if I change my order during processing that it will cause a cancellation or delay in my shipping/receiving.
